God is Immutable

Have you ever made something from clay? Clay doesn’t choose what it will be. The maker chooses what to do with the clay. The Bible says we are like clay. We can be changed, and we are not in charge of all that happens to us. God is not like us. In this lesson, children will learn that God is immutable. Immutable means not changing or unchangeable. God never changes. His character, plan, and promises are always the same no matter what happens. Kids can count on God to always be powerful, kind, and wise even when life is sad, scary, or confusing. Things around us may change, but God is unchanging
