Gentleness
In this lesson about the fruit of the Spirit, children will learn about gentleness. Gentleness isn’t weakness. God is greater and stronger than we can imagine, but he is very gentle with us, and he can help us be gentle too. Gentleness is being careful to love others instead of harming them. It takes great strength to be gentle when you’re upset. Kids need Jesus to help them be gentle! Even as Jesus was being nailed to the cross, he showed gentle love for the people who were hurting him! There is no one more gentle than Jesus. He can help us grow to be more like him so we will be gentle too.
