We might do good things to show off, to make ourselves feel good, or to manipulate people. In this lesson about the fruit of the Spirit, children will learn about goodness. God wants kids to do good because they have a heart that wants to do good things for him. The Holy Spirit can help children grow goodness in their hearts so that they desire to do good for God with a right heart attitude.
